Traditionally made and aged for 25 years in oak, chestnut, ash & cherry wood barrels, this processes gives this Balsamic Vinegar the name ‘Extra Vecchio’ meaning ‘Extra Old’. This balsamic vinegar has an incredibly complex and long flavour. It has a very distinctive, christmas cake-esque finish, in beautiful contrast to the initial, warm red wine feel.
